Section 7E
Comprehensive Customer Identification Arrangements

(1) The reporting organization shall adopt appropriate measures related to comprehensive customer identification when establishing commercial relations or doing business with the following customers:-(a) Section 7d., 7p. and 35, the customer who appears to be high-risk based on the risk assessment, (b) the customer who deals with complex, large or abnormal trends for which the economic or legal purpose is not clear, (c) the international standards related to money laundering and prevention of financial investment in terrorist activities are not complied with or only partially Clients of countries that are internationally recognized as complying, (d) high-ranking persons and family members of such persons and associated persons or clients, (e) Section 7. (f) Clients who use high-risk new equipment (products) or services, (g) Clients suspected of money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities or any other offences, or (h) Other customers specified by the regulatory body. (2) When identifying the bulk customer of the customer as per sub-section (1), the indicator organization shall also adopt additional measures determined by the regulatory body. (3) Other provisions related to the bulk customer identification shall be as prescribed.
